Wachusett Mt. Ski & Snowboard Trip

For the last three years Grades 7 & 8 have enjoyed a half-day ski/snowboard trip to Wachusett Mt. This trip is quickly becoming the most anticipated event of the year for the Junior High School Students. Mrs. Walsh has spearheaded the efforts and has also managed every detail of the trip to perfection. Advanced skiers/snowboarders to novices all have a great time whether skiing/snowboarding from the top or taking a lesson under the expert guidance of SBS's own 'Schussmeister' Mr. Smith. Thanks to Mr. C. for allowing this off campus experience. The faculty at SBS realize that not all knowledge is obtained inside the classroom. Students learn time management, team building, mentoring and social skills. The students are aware that this trip is a privilege and for two years they have been recognized by Wachusett staff members, bus drivers and parent volunteers as being a singularly outstanding group of young men and women who represent St. Bridget School in the highest manner.
