Varsity Coach:

Home games played at Frolio Junior High School on Washington St.

The following skills will be practiced and incorporated into all practices and

scrimmages:

1) Ball handling and dribbling

2) Passing

3) Shooting with accuracy

4) Pivots, fakes, driving lane

5) Rebounding

6) Basic defense/ man to man defense/ zone defense

All rules are expected to be enforced, whether scrimmaging or practicing. The player will be made aware of all infractions. This is to encourage "regulation" play.

The Basketball Season starts on the first Monday after Thanksgiving, every year.
